Alicia Keys and Mary J.Blige run the charts

Alicia Keys As I Am is still #3 after 6 weeks on the charts doing a huge 62% sales jump this week by selling 474,000 copies. Ms Keys has sold an overall astonishing 2,350,000 units. You can compare this to the 1,848,500 discs Kanye has sold after 15 weeks on the charts with his Graduation album.
Entering the charts as #2 this week with her album entitled Growing Pains, Mary J. Blige follows Alicia footsteps with 629,000 copies sold for her first week.
As for rappers, Jaheim is #11 as he moved 176,000 units of his new effort The Makings of a Man while Lupe Fiasco The Cool claims the #15 spot with 143,000 fans copping his acclaimed album.
Back with Luda and DTP, Chingy debuted at #84 with his new album Hate It or Love It moving only 31,450 units.
