What is Nitinol alloy? Alloys Ni-Ti -NOEL contain 50% nickel and 50% titanium. Nickel and titanium are equally distributed and each is allocated half of the time. It is possible to adjust its temperature range by changing the composition. The temperature at which the memory alloys can operate is affected by the amount of nickel in the Ni-TiEL alloys. The memory alloys are able to work at room temperatures when the nickel content exceeds 55 percent and the titanium content exceeds 45 percent. Limitations in Ni-Ti-N Alloy
Always there are impurities, such as Ti2NiOx and Nitinol. Metals can contain impurities, which are not possible to separate. The distribution and types of impurities can be controlled. While some impurities could theoretically affect Nitinol's metallic fatigue, there have been no studies to prove this. Nitinol has another major drawback: it can be difficult to weld with other materials. The laser welding of Nitinol is now a very common procedure. Ni-Ti–N alloy can be used
