Hafnium-nitride, a grayish powder with cubic crystal structures, is available in a variety of sizes. The melting point is 3310. Microhardness is 16GPa. It's fairly stable, but it can easily be corroded by concentrated sulfuric acids, aqua regia and hydrofluoric.
