How does Praseodymium Nitride PrN Pulver get made?
The preparation of nano-praseodymium was done by vacuum pyrolysis under 100 300 pressure. By electron selection diffraction and transmission electron microscope (TEM), the structure was revealed. The size of the particles was lower than 100nm. High activity was achieved by nano-praseodymium. The product reacts with the nitrogen under ambient pressure for between 300 400 hours, to produce praseodymium nutride. The product is a face-centered cubic structure as determined by XRD diffraction. TEM tests showed that the largest diameter of the particles was less than 100nm.
