About Indium Phosphide InP Powder :
Indium-phosphide (InP), a binary semiconductor made of indium, phosphorus and other elements. It is characterized by a cubic (or "sphalerite") crystal structure that faces the face, similar to GaAs and many III-V semiconductors.
