Product performance of FMEE Fatty Methyl Ester Ethoxylates :
FMEE Fatty Methyl Ester Ethoxylates has Ester in the molecular formula, similar to oil and wax structure, according to the principle of similar phase dissolution, oil, mineral oil, and paraffin wax have strong dissolution and removal ability. Its cloud point is between 98 and 103, so it can be directly used in high-temperature process conditions. It has a pour point of -5 deg C and still has fluidity at -5 deg C, which is obviously better than AEO and TX series. When FMEE is near zero, it is no longer transparent and becomes cloudy, but it still has good fluidity. The infiltration performance of FMEE Fatty Ester Ethoxylates was significantly higher than that of AEO-9 and AEO-7. 5g/L solution was taken as the test solution, and the settling time of standard canvas was used to represent the infiltration performance.

Production of FMEE Fatty Methyl Ester Ethoxylates:
There are three production routes of FMEE Fatty Methyl Ester Ethoxylates.
One is that fatty acid is first ethoxylated to get fatty acid polyoxyethylene ether, then esterified with methanol to get. The second process is methanol ethoxylation to get methyl glycol polyether, and then esterification reaction with fatty acid to get. The above two routes are two steps, high production cost, and the product has a low content of active matter, containing a large number of byproducts polyethylene glycol and diesters. The third process is the direct addition of fatty acid methyl ester with ethylene oxide. The process route is short and the cost is low. At present, the main FMEE production enterprises, such as Sihe Petroleum and Malepine Petroleum, adopt this synthesis route.
